I love going on a treasure hunt because you never know what  you'll find.

I spied this suitcase high upon a shelf

and when I pulled it down I was delighted to see these french words scrawled across the top

and this sweet trademark.

I couldn't wait to open it!

Much to my delight it was filled with classic french games.

Some look familiar, but some look to be uniquely french.

Roulette & Table Tennis are always a crowd pleaser...

dominoes & backgammon... universal,

but what about these?

I want to play!

Luckily my Mom's neighbor, Cendrine, is from France...

So I guess I'll pack up my suitcase and head over there to learn some new games!
